They are adjustable across the top. My husband is a diabetes. His feet swell a lots and they are comfortable with great quality and appearance.

Although these shoes are for men, I bought a pair of these for my mom. My mom has a heart condition that causes her feet to swell, and she could no longer slip her feet into a regular pair of shoes. Because these shoes are for men, the shoes are wider, which my mom needs. But what I like most is that the tongue pulls all the way back to the tip of the shoe, making it very easy for my mom to slip her feet into. The Velcro straps are strong and stay fastened, and the rubber bottoms do not slip. I gave this shoe 5 stars because I find nothing wrong with them. The shoes are perfect for my mom.

I bought these for my dad who is 80. He has very wide feet but also some misshapen toes due to arthritis in the joints. These slippers give great grip with a thick sole while giving plenty of flexibility to fit wide feet with the adjustable Velcro.

The top strap doesn’t open big enough. If these are supposed to be for people with edema, they don’t cut it. I ordered mine 2 sizes bigger and they still don’t fit

My dad wears an AFO foot/leg brace on one leg. Ideally needs two different shoe sizes but now we found these! No more struggling to squeeze brace into shoe. These are easy to get on and off and perfect for around the house.

They are excellent, pretty comfortable and they were received the next day.

These slippers/shoes are great. My husband is 86 and he is wearing them all day long. He even wears them when we go out. His feet hurt him all the time and these slippers are easy to put on and very comfortable. I plan on ordering another pair.
