These shoes fit my husband perfectly! They are easy to put on and are very lightweight. Since having a stoke he has had issues walking with shoes on which led him to fall often. With these shoes he walks without dragging his foot and he hasn’t fallen even once! They are providing the support he needs to walk in while being comfortable and easy to wear!

I love these shoes. Previously I’ve been using the New Balance 6EEEEEE shoes. It’s okay in terms of comfort, But I guess I needed a slight wider shoe. This FitVille Diabetic Shoes was perfect for me. Additionally, it is durable enough for me at work (I work in flooring sales). After a month, I bought another one for a spare. It’s been my past experience that specialty shoe models get discontinued. I may be investing in a custom shoe insert later on. So far it’s working out fine. A true 5 star experience for me. Kudos FitVille!

These shoes really made the difference. My feet relieved and I was able to walk for more than a mile after eight hours of use, which means they are really comfortable. They are light and flexible and give you support, which makes you feel safe as you walk and do different chores. It is worthy the money.

My shoe size “normally” is 12.5 US. Due to diabetic nephropathy and poor blood return, my feet, ankles, and legs swelled up big time. As I have had procedures done to lessen the swelling in my legs and ankles, my feet are horribly oversized due to swelling. I cannot fit in any normal shoe because not only are my feet wider than normal, the swelling goes up as well making it impossible to fit in to a shoe that is closed tongued like a normal shoe is. The first pair of “diabetic shoes” I purchased worked great for about a month until the malformed foot started breaking down the back heel part causing it to bend thus walking on the side of the shoe. Even with inserts I bought, didn’t do anything but waste money on those. I had to buy a size 15 X-Wide which was way too long but had no choice if I wanted to close the strap. I had to place 2 rolled up socks in the toe of the shows to make them fit the best I could.I found these shoes here on Amazon and they are amazing, at least to me! I bought a size 14 XX-Wide, knowing that no matter what I bought, it had to be bigger because of the swelling. These are very comfortable and I do not need to stuff the toe with socks, nothing like the other ones. AND they look good too. You would never think they are a diabetic shoe for swollen feet. I will update this review as time goes on and see how these hold up!

I have purchased many pairs of shoes stating they are diabetic, wide and comfortable easy to put on. They are still in my closet and i need help to put on and still not comfortable. These shoes are exactly what they state they are. The middle of the top of shoe has velcro on both sides – easy to pull out and slip your foot in and attach back to the velcro. Absolutely no assistance is needed. Pricing is excellent next to other brands that I have tried – even the Skechers slip ons are not easy to put on if you have swelling or neuropathy in your feet. I recommend these shoes over all others i have tried.

I was thrilled to find these for my father in law. He has severe edema, and store bought sneakers were just not feasible. Fit perfectly and easy for him to use/put on. He’s 86 and has Alzheimer’s. Nice to see him being able to do a little SOMETHING for himself. Even if it’s just his shoes. He was happy.

  8. Amazon Customer

These shoes have been great for my dad who has diabetes and very swollen feet. We struggled for a long time with all types of shoes, but they were always too tight. These were perfect for him and the velcro front opening makes it easy for him to put them on by himself.

I have bad arches shoes relieve my discomfort, I am older what I could get away with when I was younger dosent work any more. Shoes are geat and extra width helps also.

  10. Mary Stewart

They were a tiny bit too big for him, but he needed the stability of the shoes. The width is perfect for him.Highly recommended them.
